The White Rock Elks 431 proudly upholds the tradition of awarding scholarships to exceptional youth in our community. These scholarships honour our esteemed lifetime members, Al Pradine and Al Edwards. The program was initiated several years ago through the generous contributions of Florences Wall and Al Pradine, and we have continued this tradition with dedication over the years.

White Rock Elks Club 431 is offering three scholarships worth $1000 each to support your academic journey.
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate:
Outstanding Community Contribution: Have you made a positive impact on your local community?
Support for Local Initiatives: Have you initiated or significantly supported a local charity, organization, or initiative?
Sustainability: Have you contributed to making the charity, organization, or initiative sustainable and ongoing?
Volunteerism: Do you actively volunteer and make a considerable difference in your local community?
Role Model Status: Are you a role model for youth, encouraging their involvement in community service?
Essay Submission: Complete the criteria by submitting a 300-word essay.
Selection Announcement: 1st or 2nd week of May
Presentation: Soon after selection at White Rock Elks Club 431, located at 1469 George St, White Rock, BC.
